This website is operated by Dillon & Dad’s Customs. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Dillon & Dad’s Customs, a brand owned and operated by GlobalMarketWorks LLC.

1. Agreement to Terms
   By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site.
    

2. Custom Products & Production
   All badges and emblems are custom manufactured. By placing an order, you acknowledge that:
   Production Time: Standard handling is 2–5 business days before shipping.
   Design Approval: For custom designs, the customer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of all text and graphics before submission.
    

3. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
   We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
    

4. Governing Law
   These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to, or use of, the Site shall be instituted in a state or federal court in Maryland.
