At Dillon & Dad’s Customs, we stand behind the quality of our handcrafted work. Because our products are custom-made to order, we have established the following guidelines for returns and refunds:

Custom Order Exceptions

​

Due to the personalized nature of our laser-cut products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or incorrect fitment orders. Please double-check your specifications before purchasing.

Damages and Issues

​

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at dad@dillondadscustoms.com within 30 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns & Fees

​​

  • Customer Responsibility:​ Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Restocking/Disposal Fee: A 20% restocking and disposal fee applies to all eligible returns to cover the loss of custom materials.​

  • Condition:  Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
