At Dillon & Dad’s Customs, we manufacture every badge to order at our workshop in Hyattsville, MD.

1. Shipping Territory
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only (including Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. Boxes). We do not ship to international destinations or U.S. Territories at this time.

2. Order Processing (Handling Time)
Because our products are custom laser-cut, they require a production lead time:

Handling Time: 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday).
Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.

3. Shipping Transit Times
Transit times depend on the shipping method you select at checkout.

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days.
Total Delivery Time: 5–10 business days (Handling + Transit).

4. Shipping Costs (Calculated at Checkout)
We offer real-time shipping rates to provide the most accurate pricing possible. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Package Weight & Dimensions:
Automatically calculated based on the specific products in your cart.
Shipping Method:
You will be presented with various carrier options (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx) and service levels at checkout.
Destination:
Rates are determined by your specific delivery address within the USA.

5. Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier to update the status of your package.
